• For products purchased from our company, we promise to provide one year of free maintenance service. Our company guarantees that if a performance failure occurs within 7 days from the date of delivery, consumers can unconditionally exchange the product (excluding physical damage caused by consumers). After the warranty period, our company may charge a certain material cost or maintenance labor cost at its discretion during repairs.
• If you need to return the product to our company for maintenance or troubleshooting, you should send us an email, phone call, or fax before sending any products and wait for the return authorization.
• If the returned product (within the warranty period) is discontinued or difficult to repair, our company will consider replacement or other solutions, to be negotiated by both parties.
